Lisa Med Tech makes educational apps and games for studying medicine. Lisa Med Tech делает образовательные приложения и игры для изучения медицины.

Lisa materials are meant for study and self-testing. They are not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool and not a way to prescribe treatment, and they do not replace consulting a qualified medical professional. Материалы Lisa предназначены для обучения и самопроверки. Они не являются медицинской консультацией, средством диагностики или назначения лечения и не заменяют обращение к квалифицированному медицинскому специалисту.

2. Lisa+2. Lisa+

Lisa+ is a single access to the paid features and content of participating Lisa Med Tech apps in Telegram. Lisa+ — единый доступ к платным функциям и контенту участвующих приложений Lisa Med Tech в Telegram.

What Lisa+ currently includes is shown in the Lisa hub and on the purchase screen before payment. Some apps and some of their sections are available without Lisa+. Текущий состав Lisa+ показывается в хабе Lisa и на экране покупки перед оплатой. Отдельные приложения и их разделы доступны без Lisa+.

Lisa+ access is tied to the Telegram account the purchase was made from, or the account that activated a gift. Доступ Lisa+ привязан к аккаунту Telegram, с которого оформлена покупка или активирован подарок.

3. Plans and renewal3. Тарифы и автопродление

• 199 ⭐ — a monthly subscription with automatic renewal.199 ⭐ — месячная подписка с автоматическим продлением;
• 499 ⭐ — one-off access for 3 months.499 ⭐ — разовый доступ на 3 месяца;

The monthly plan renews automatically once a month until you cancel it. The 3-month and 12-month plans are one-off payments and do not renew. Месячный тариф продлевается автоматически раз в месяц, пока вы его не отмените. Тарифы на 3 и 12 месяцев — разовые платежи, они не продлеваются.

To avoid paying twice, buying Lisa+ may switch off automatic renewal of overlapping Lisa subscriptions. Time you have already paid for is kept. Чтобы избежать повторных списаний, при покупке Lisa+ автопродление перекрывающихся подписок Lisa может быть отключено. Уже оплаченный срок при этом сохраняется.

In some interfaces Lisa+ can be bought as a gift. The access period and how to activate it are shown before payment; gifted access is tied to the recipient's Telegram account once activated. В некоторых интерфейсах Lisa+ можно купить в подарок. Срок доступа и порядок активации показываются перед оплатой; подарочный доступ привязывается к аккаунту Telegram получателя после активации.

4. Payment4. Оплата

Digital purchases inside Telegram are paid with Telegram Stars. Цифровые покупки внутри Telegram оплачиваются Telegram Stars.

Buying Lisa+ in Telegram opens access in participating Lisa apps inside Telegram only; purchases in the App Store and other stores work separately. Покупка Lisa+ в Telegram открывает доступ только в участвующих приложениях Lisa внутри Telegram; покупки в App Store и других магазинах работают отдельно.

Lisa Med Tech does not receive or store bank card details. Lisa Med Tech не получает и не хранит данные банковских карт.

Buying Stars through third-party services happens on the side of those services. Lisa Med Tech is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their work. Покупка Stars через сторонние сервисы происходит на стороне этих сервисов. Lisa Med Tech с ними не связана и не отвечает за их работу.

5. Cancellation, restoring access and refunds5. Отмена, восстановление и возвраты

You can cancel the automatic renewal of the monthly subscription in Telegram. Отменить автопродление месячной подписки можно средствами Telegram.

For questions about a purchase made by mistake, a refund or restoring access, contact Lisa Med Tech support. Telegram support does not handle purchases made in Lisa apps. По вопросам ошибочной покупки, возврата или восстановления доступа обращайтесь в поддержку Lisa Med Tech. Поддержка Telegram не обрабатывает покупки, совершённые в приложениях Lisa.

Refunds are considered individually and within what Telegram Stars allows. Возвраты рассматриваются индивидуально и в соответствии с возможностями и правилами Telegram Stars.

6. Content6. Контент

Our own texts, diagrams, interface and code are protected by copyright. Собственные тексты, схемы, интерфейс и код Lisa защищены авторскими правами.

Where an app uses third-party images or other materials, they are used under their licences, and the required attribution is given inside the app. Если приложение использует сторонние изображения или другие материалы, они используются на условиях соответствующих лицензий, а требуемая атрибуция указывается в приложении.

Reselling or mass distribution of Lisa's own material without permission is not allowed. Перепродавать или массово распространять собственные материалы Lisa без разрешения нельзя.

7. Changes to the service7. Изменения сервиса

We may add, change or discontinue individual apps, sections and Lisa+ features, and change prices for future purchases. Such changes do not shorten access you have already paid for. Мы можем добавлять, изменять или прекращать отдельные приложения, разделы и функции Lisa+, а также менять цены для будущих покупок. Такие изменения не сокращают уже оплаченный срок доступа.
