EMS RUSH (Russian title: «КОД 03») is an educational game about differential diagnosis. You take a call and drive the night road while symptom cards come at you lane by lane: collect the ones that fit the condition you were dispatched for, and dodge the ones that belong to a look-alike diagnosis. Each call ends with a breakdown of what you missed, what you picked up by mistake, and what separates the two conditions. «КОД 03» (EMS RUSH) — обучающая игра про дифференциальную диагностику. Вы принимаете вызов и едете по ночной дороге, а навстречу по полосам летят карточки симптомов: свои нужно собрать, чужие — объехать. Чужие берутся из похожего диагноза. После каждого вызова идёт разбор: что упустили, что подобрали зря и чем состояния отличаются друг от друга.
The app works without registration — there is no account and no sign-in, and the game itself needs no internet connection. Приложение работает без регистрации — аккаунта и входа нет, а самой игре не нужен интернет.

The first shift is free forever. Shifts 2–5 — "Cardiac & Vascular", "Neuro Emergencies", "Acute Abdomen" and "Red Zone" — open with a single one-time purchase. This is not a subscription: you pay once, there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Первая смена бесплатна навсегда. Restore a purchase. Tap any locked shift to open the purchase screen, then tap Restore Purchase at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account you bought with — the purchase is tied to that account, not to the device — and make sure you have an internet connection. Восстановить покупку. Нажмите на любую закрытую смену, чтобы открылся экран покупки, и нажмите внизу «Восстановить покупку». Войдите под тем же Apple Account, с которого покупали: покупка привязана к аккаунту, а не к устройству. Нужен интернет.
Payment is handled by Apple, and the price you see in the app comes from the App Store in your local currency. Terms of use are Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Оплату обрабатывает Apple, а цена в приложении приходит из App Store в вашей валюте. Условия использования — стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple (EULA).
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Возвраты оформляет Apple, а не мы: запрос подаётся на reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your progress — the calls you have completed, your stars, the chosen language and the sound setting — is stored on your device only. There is no account, and the app has no cloud sync or built-in progress transfer between devices; deleting the app may erase your progress. The purchase itself does transfer: sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchase. Прогресс — пройденные вызовы, звёзды, выбранный язык и настройка звука — хранится только на вашем устройстве. Аккаунта нет, облачной синхронизации или встроенного переноса прогресса между устройствами в приложении тоже нет, а при удалении приложения прогресс может пропасть. Сама покупка переносится: войдите под тем же Apple Account и нажмите «Восстановить покупку».
EMS RUSH is available in English and Russian. On first launch the app follows your device language; you can switch at any time from the main menu, and your choice is remembered. Игра доступна на английском и русском. При первом запуске приложение следует языку устройства; переключить язык можно в любой момент в главном меню, выбор запоминается.

Tap a locked shift and then Restore Purchase on the purchase screen. Check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase — the purchase belongs to that account. The price comes from the App Store, so the app needs an internet connection to load it. We deliberately never show a made-up price: if the App Store cannot be reached, the price block stays hidden and the button waits. Check your connection and reopen the screen. Цена приходит из App Store, поэтому для её загрузки нужен интернет. Выдуманную цену мы намеренно не показываем: если App Store недоступен, блок цены скрыт, а кнопка ждёт. Проверьте соединение и откройте экран заново.
No. In this first version progress is stored locally on the device, and the app has no cloud sync or built-in transfer. Only the purchase transfers, via Restore Purchase. Нет. Yes — local progress may be removed together with the app. The purchase is not affected: reinstall, tap Restore Purchase, and access comes back. Да, локальный прогресс может удалиться вместе с приложением. На покупке это не сказывается: переустановите приложение, нажмите «Восстановить покупку» — доступ вернётся.
