EMS RUSH ("the app", "we", "us") is an educational game about differential diagnosis, developed by Nikita Bulygin, an independent iOS developer, and published under the project name Lisa Med Tech. This policy applies to the EMS RUSH iOS app (Russian title: «КОД 03») and explains what information the app handles and why. «КОД 03» («приложение», «мы») — обучающая игра про дифференциальную диагностику, разработанная независимым iOS-разработчиком Никитой Булыгиным и опубликованная под проектным названием Lisa Med Tech. Эта политика распространяется на приложение EMS RUSH для iOS и объясняет, какую информацию оно обрабатывает и зачем.
The app does not require registration and does not create an account. There is no sign-in, no profile, and no server-side copy of anything you do in the app. You can play EMS RUSH without providing any information about yourself. Приложение не требует регистрации и не создаёт аккаунт. В нём нет входа, нет профиля и нет серверной копии того, что вы делаете в приложении. Играть в «КОД 03» можно, не сообщая о себе никаких сведений.
We do not collect personal data. The app does not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not share any personal data with third parties. Персональные данные мы не собираем. Приложение не запрашивает и не хранит имя, e-mail, номер телефона, геолокацию, контакты, фото или рекламные идентификаторы, и мы не передаём персональные данные третьим лицам.
Nothing about your play is sent to the developer. Your game progress, the symptoms you pick, your mistakes, your scores and your usage history are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. No advertising, no analytics. The app contains no advertising of any kind and no third-party analytics, attribution or tracking SDKs. The game runs entirely on your device and does not contact any server of ours — we do not operate one for this app. Ни рекламы, ни аналитики. Game progress and settings are saved locally on your device only, using standard local storage. This includes the calls you have completed and the stars you earned, the chosen interface language, the sound setting, and a few flags that remember which hints you have already seen. The app does not transmit this information to us, to our servers, or to any analytics service. Это пройденные вызовы и полученные звёзды, выбранный язык интерфейса, настройка звука и несколько отметок о том, какие подсказки вы уже видели. Because this data is stored locally, deleting the app may also delete your progress, and the app does not provide cloud sync or built-in progress transfer between devices. Поскольку данные хранятся локально, при удалении приложения прогресс может быть утрачен, а облачной синхронизации или встроенного переноса прогресса между устройствами в приложении нет.
The full version of EMS RUSH is an optional one-time purchase — not a subscription. It is handled entirely by Apple StoreKit: the purchase, its verification and its restoration all happen directly between your device and Apple, under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. We do not use RevenueCat or any other third-party purchase or analytics service. Полная версия «КОД 03» — необязательная разовая покупка, а не подписка. We never receive your payment details. Card numbers, billing address and Apple Account credentials are never available to the app or to us. StoreKit provides the app with the transaction information needed to manage access, such as the purchased product, the purchase status and whether the purchase was revoked or refunded. This information is processed on the device and is not sent to our servers. Платёжные реквизиты мы не получаем. Номер карты, платёжный адрес и данные Apple Account недоступны ни приложению, ни нам. The price shown in the app is fetched from the App Store so that it appears in your local currency. This request goes to Apple, not to us. Цена в приложении запрашивается у App Store, чтобы показываться в вашей валюте. Этот запрос уходит к Apple, а не к нам.

We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does not perform any tracking. The app is aimed at medical students and clinicians and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children, and given that no personal data is collected at all, none is retained.
